Describe the outcome, hours and timeline in your own words. Within 48 hours RetainedCo introduces two or three professionals whose experience fits the work. Each professional has 48 hours to accept or decline, and their rate range is disclosed only when they accept.

Engagements are billed in Australian dollars with 10% GST added. For engagements up to $5,000 your card is authorised when you book and charged only when the engagement completes. Larger engagements are invoiced through Stripe on completion, payable within ten days.

The platform fee is 6% of the engagement subtotal, capped at $30 per booking, and is deducted from the professional’s payout. It is not added to your bill.

Write to hello@nomark.au with your brief reference. We reply within two days. Where an engagement has gone wrong, we can arrange a refund or make a fresh introduction.

Your profile, rate range and engagement preferences can be edited from the account menu once signed in. Rate ranges never appear publicly. For details you cannot change yourself, write to hello@nomark.au.

RetainedCo operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Briefs and profiles are visible only to people involved in relevant engagements. The privacy policy explains what is collected and why.
