Who you are retaining

Senior Australian investment professionals admitted by application and peer invitation. Every profile is drafted from the professional’s own CV and nothing is published until they confirm it. Rates are never public; a rate range is disclosed when they accept your brief. Ratings appear only once at least three reviews exist.

The experience you can retain

Analyst mentorship, project advisory, operational counsel, independent reviews, fractional leadership and specialist delivery. You describe the engagement in your own words; within 48 hours RetainedCo personally introduces two or three professionals whose experience fits the work. Each engagement has its own message thread, agreed times and calendar invitation.

Judgement over capacity

You are not buying another resource. You are accessing decades of decisions, mistakes, successes and institutional memory. The purpose is not to replace your team, but to strengthen it at the moments that matter most.

The fee, exactly

You pay the professional’s hourly rate, plus 10% GST. The platform fee is 6% of the engagement subtotal, capped at $30 per booking, and is deducted from their payout — never added to your bill. Writing a brief costs nothing; nothing is charged until an engagement completes.

GST and invoicing

Engagements are billed in Australian dollars with 10% GST added. For engagements up to $5,000 your card is authorised when you book and charged only when the engagement completes. Larger engagements are invoiced through Stripe on completion, payable within ten days. A GST-compliant receipt follows either way, and professionals are paid through Stripe to their nominated Australian bank account.
