The founding cohort
Institutions remember who arrived first. These terms recognise the experienced professionals and firms helping establish RetainedCo from the beginning.
Founding professionals
Founding members of the network pay no platform fee for their first twelve months, then four per cent of the engagement subtotal, capped at twenty dollars a booking, for as long as they remain in the network. The fee is deducted from the professional’s payout and is never added to the firm’s bill. The founding cohort closes at twenty-five published profiles.
Referrals
When a colleague you refer publishes their profile, your own platform fee is waived for a further three months. Referrals stack to a ceiling of twelve additional months. Your referral code travels with the invitation and the months accrue as colleagues publish.
Founding firms
The first ten firms to complete an engagement are recorded as founding firms of RetainedCo. With permission, they are named in the founding register, receive first sight of new professionals in their field, and have their first engagement attended personally by Reece from brief to completion.
How the terms are honoured
These terms are recorded against each qualifying account. There is no promotional code and nothing further to apply for. Founding professionals retain whichever is better: their founding terms or the prevailing fee schedule.
